Cleaning Out the Erasers

Cleaning out chalk erasers could either be a really fun chore to do or the WORST chore to do. (It kinda depends on what color of shirt you are wearing)

My classmates and I had this fascination of cleaning the chalk erasers. It was fun to take them outside and start slapping them together to see the clouds of chalk go up in the air. 

Sounds super fun right?!

Of course, the after effect was terrible when you would start to sneeze uncontrollably and get headaches from all the chalk you inhaled. Also, the screams I got from my grandmother were not pleasant because my school uniform had navy blue skirts.  She would have a fit when I came home with a dirty uniform (Cuban Problems).

Looking back, I really do miss these days...
